Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns policy is set out below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: the item must be unworn and in its original condition. The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return please fill out the contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or item, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as needed. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to assist with the process.
